Our Process
At Maid Different, we understand that every minute counts when it comes to keeping your vacation rental guest-ready—and profitable. Our streamlined scheduling process ensures you never miss a check-in or turnover window: simply log into our client portal and send your booking request and our system automatically matches your reservation dates to our calendar. You’ll receive an instant confirmation and a detailed cleaning itinerary, including arrival and departure timeframes tailored to your property’s layout and guest schedule.

On the day of turnover, your dedicated Maid Different team arrives fully vetted and uniformed, equipped with eco-friendly cleaning supplies and a comprehensive checklist designed for short-term rentals. We dust, vacuum, and sanitize every surface—paying special attention to high-touch areas like light switches, remotes, and countertops. Linens and towels will be laundered, and all supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee pods, etc.) will be restocked to your specified levels.

Once the clean is complete, we conduct a final walk-through photo inspection, uploading before-and-after snapshots to your portal so you can approve remotely or flag any follow-up tasks. You’ll receive a concise report—detailing tasks completed, supplies used, and any maintenance issues we spotted (leaky faucet, burned-out bulb, etc.).
